Tailored Planning

Just like building a home, weddings vary in size, complexity, and style. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages or hourly billing. Instead, after an initial conversation with you, we prepare a personalized planning estimate based on your vision and our deep knowledge of what it takes to bring it to life.

Weddings typically require 15–40 hours of planning, and 6–17 hours on the wedding day. Our planning fees reflect this experience, dedication, and customization.

Photography Comes First

We only plan weddings where we also provide photography. Why? Because we believe your photographer should already know you, your story, and your timeline. Our in-house photography team is deeply involved in every aspect of the day — often also serving as your hosts or working alongside our videography partners to ensure seamless coverage.

From intimate ceremony shoots to full-day coverage with additional pre- or post-wedding photo sessions, we create beautiful imagery that tells the full story of your celebration.

Videography Services

We partner with talented videographers who produce cinematic wedding films to capture the emotion and atmosphere of your big day.

The Ceremony

Every wedding includes a ceremony — symbolic or civil. Whether you’re dreaming of a mountainside exchange of vows, a lakeside setting, or a fairy-tale castle, we’ll help you find the perfect location. We also work with select hotels that offer ceremony and reception spaces under one roof.

We offer in-house, multilingual officiants who will help you craft a deeply personal and memorable ceremony. If you already have your own officiant, let us know — we’ll adjust your plan and pricing accordingly.

Ceremony pricing typically includes:

Location rental
Your officiant
Setup and coordination staff
Basic hardware (chairs/benches, podium)

Optional enhancements include music, floral decorations, seating rentals, aperitifs, and indoor backup locations for inclement weather.
