Many castles can easily be rented for your wedding reception. Although there is a few offering full restaurant/hotel service, the most original and interesting ones are still setup as they originally were (often kept as a museum),therefore requiring full scale external catering to host a reception. This option is worth considering from a minimum of 30-40 guests on, and will not necessarily cost you more than eating at a restaurant. At the same time it is a unique experience in a historical setting. High baroque ceilings, stained glass windows, intricate wood floors, paintings, old weapons, huge fire places- and of course fantastic flower gardens for your photo sessions. Most castles are in our area are situated right on the lake front as well. We work with two catering specialists, from top standard 7 course meals, to rather down to earth BBQ- parties.

Imagine taking a horse carriage ride, or in winter a sledding tour, to reach your venue up in the mountains.
