Your objective to hire a wedding planner is to have every last detail prearranged to smooth perfection so on your big day you are truly the “ guests of honour “ and your family and friends comfortably taken care of as guests should.

In the course of 20 years as business owners, we have developed professional relationships to distinct local partner services and facilities which we contract to collaborate and complete your wedding celebration to its finest details. Foremost importance for a successful wedding planning is to build a trusting relationship together. We welcome and count on your thoughts, visions, concerns and questions throughout the planning process of your wedding event. The more concrete you can be through each step the more accurate and prompt we are to finish your itinerary.
The foundation is a positive and trusting relationship with your wedding planner from the very beginning. After all, it is your wedding that you give into our hands, a unique day in your life, and you are investing a considerable amount of energy and money into it.
Timing is the Essence
It is absolutely crucial the day must flow, the wedding couple and the guests are not to wait for “what’s next?” or notice any of the background activity. This is achieved with our timely and professionally presented program.
We create a master outline with time lines, chosen partner services, and cost summary of your event.
How do we start with creating your ” Swiss Wedding “?
Please start by providing your personal information to us and answering a few basic questions, see our contact page. We work with many VIP clients and will not disclose your personal information to any third party except the civil registrar office.
Please understand that at this early stage we can only give you limited formal and binding information. Researching and sharing any relevant and accurate information demands a certain amount of time and effort from our side.
It is important for us to separate as early as possible the potentially interested customers from the many random inquiries that reach us. Theoretically, we like to work on the idea of a mutual handshake, however as our clients are located around the globe, this is hardly ever possible. We will therefore at an early stage ask for a deposit, which will be credited towards your wedding costs. If you are seriously thinking about hiring our services this will be no more than a small commitment from your side, giving us a mutual ground to start from and allowing us to actually start our work. It does not represent any formal contract towards our services yet.
Wedding outline & itinerary
After this starting phase your wedding planners work starts.
Based on your input, we will, within a few weeks, prepare a complete a full itinerary of your wedding day, including time line, description and pictures of the chosen services and locations, detailed price quotes and a total costs overview. This itinerary will be readjusted as we go, whenever changes make it necessary, until finally your big day is here.
Working with your finances
Obviously you would not be satisfied if your beautifully choreographed wedding costs 30% more than anticipated.
Our aim is to create a wedding you can afford.
In order to achieve this, we need reliable and realistic information on your budget, on how much you are willing to spend.
Once you agree to the presented outline & itinerary and wish to secure your plans and our services, a down payment of 50% of the total sum will be required. Please be aware that all services and vendors can only be confirmed once we receive your down payment. Obviously we will keep adjusting details on your outline, as minor changes are usually necessary until your big day has come.
The final balance will have to be settled at least 30 days before your wedding day.

Arrival and Wedding day
Upon your long expected arrival in Switzerland, we will meet in person and review everything to the smallest details, checking all services, time lines, costs, last minutes wishes or adjustments. We are always willing to react in a proactive and flexible manner to your wishes and expectations. At least one of us will then be hosting your wedding day, ensuring everything goes smooth and within the time line.
